Product description

This is clear BOPP packing tape, 3 inch (72 mm) wide, on long rolls of 300 m or 500 m, in sets of 2, 4 or 6 rolls. It is for dispatch rooms that seal large or heavy white and printed cartons in volume.

We make it in our plant in Jaipur. It is the biggest clear tape we list. A set of 6 rolls of 500 m carries 3,000 m of tape, which is about 46 ordinary 65 m rolls.

Where it works best

  1. Printed brand cartons above about 15 kg.
  2. White appliance, furniture-part and export cartons.
  3. Large cartons with a wide flap gap, at a station that seals them all day.

How to choose

Decide the colour first. In 3 inch, clear is the only colour we list in 500 m. Brown 3 inch stops at 300 m, and on plain brown cartons brown looks neater.

Then the dispenser. A 3 inch roll of 300 m or 500 m is wide and heavy. It needs a 3 inch dispenser built for long rolls, and most hand dispensers sold in shops are not. Note the largest roll diameter and the core size your dispenser takes, and send us the model. We will check it against our roll before you order.

One honest limit. A set of 6 big rolls is a lot of stock. If your volumes drop, or a client leaves, that tape sits on the shelf for months. Start with a set of 2, run one table on it for a week, then order more.

Questions buyers ask

Will a 3 inch roll fit my 2 inch dispenser?

No. The width has to match. A 3 inch roll needs a 3 inch dispenser, and a long roll needs one that takes a big roll diameter as well.
