Yes, free of charge until it is dispatched. We dispatch within 1 to 2 working days, so please write to us quickly. Once the parcel is with the courier it cannot be cancelled, but you can refuse it at the door or return it under our return policy.

When your order is dispatched we send the tracking details to the email and/or phone number you gave at checkout.

No. There is no minimum order value, and delivery is free on every order within India.

Yes. Prices on the website include GST at 18%, and there is no shipping charge, so the price you see is what you pay. Every order comes with a GST invoice that shows the GST amount. If you need your company GSTIN on the invoice, add it in the cart under "Buying for a business? Add your GSTIN" before you check out, and you can claim the input tax credit.

Orders above Rs 1,000 get 5% off, above Rs 2,000 get 7% off and above Rs 3,000 get 10% off. The discount is applied automatically in your cart. No code is needed, and only the highest one applies.

UPI, debit and credit cards, EMI and net banking, through the PhonePe secure payment gateway. Cash on delivery is not available.

Yes. For bulk quantities or a regular monthly supply, contact us with the product, size and quantity and we will send a quote. We print your logo on 48 mm packing tape from 5 boxes (360 rolls), ready in 14 days.

No. Delivery is free on every order to an address in India.

Within 1 to 2 working days of order and payment confirmation. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday go out on the next working days.

Not at present. We deliver within India only.

Registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post (Speed Post), depending on your PIN code.

You can ask for a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in the condition you received it and in its original packaging.

Tell us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the outer box. We will replace it or refund you, and we pay the return shipping.

If you return an item because you changed your mind, you prepay the return shipping. If it arrived damaged, defective or wrong, we pay. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method within 15 days of approval.

Yes. Our sample listing lets you pick a sample of each material. One of each sample type is allowed per order.

Our honeycomb paper, kraft paper bubble wrap, void fill paper and crinkle paper are made of paper and can go for paper recycling with your cartons.
