Terms of Service
packsmith.in ("the Store") is operated by JPPL Innovation Private Limited, G-183, Jaitpura Industrial Area, Jaitpura, Rajasthan 303704, India ("PackSmith", "we", "us"). By using the Store or placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on screen, and sizes and weights can vary within normal manufacturing tolerances. Where a product is described as being for sellers on a marketplace or platform, the name is used only to describe the intended use; PackSmith is not affiliated with that marketplace.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees and shown on each product page. Applicable GST is shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one confirmed at checkout. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
3. Orders
An order is accepted when we dispatch it or confirm it to you. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if the product is out of stock, the details cannot be verified, or the order looks fraudulent; any payment received will then be refunded.
4. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns, refunds and cancellations by our Refund Policy.
5. Use of the Store
You agree not to misuse the Store, interfere with its working, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content on the Store, including text, images and logos, belongs to PackSmith or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under Indian law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
