Can a tamper proof courier bag be opened and sealed again?
No, and that is the point. The adhesive strip is single use. Once you press it shut, the bag cannot be opened without tearing or visible damage. That protects you if a customer says the parcel was opened on the way.
Where should the shipping label go?
In the POD jacket on the front, or stuck straight on the film. Many sellers put the invoice in the jacket and the address label on the bag itself, so both stay readable till delivery.
Are these courier bags waterproof?
Yes. The LDPE film keeps rain and dust away from what is inside, and the sealed strip closes the opening. This is one place where plastic still beats paper, and it is why I would not ship clothes in monsoon in a paper envelope.
