Where it works best

- 3 inch for large cartons, where one wide strip covers the seam better than two narrow ones.

How to choose
I would match the width to the job, not to the price. A narrow roll on a big carton means three or four strips where one wide strip would do.
Then choose the pack by how fast your team actually uses tape. Please check the per-roll price on each pack before you take the biggest one. It does not fall evenly across every pack size, so the cheapest roll is not always in the 30 set.
Check your dispenser too. A 3 inch roll needs a 3 inch dispenser.
