Product description

This is clear BOPP packing tape in bulk: 2 inch (48 mm) wide, 65 m on every roll, in a pack of 36 or 72 rolls. It is for businesses that seal cartons every day and want one order to last weeks, not days.

We make this tape in our own plant in Jaipur. It is the same 65 m roll as our smaller sets, only in the quantity a busy packing room actually uses.

How to choose

Start with your carton count. One 65 m roll seals about 27 cartons of 30 x 20 x 15 cm with H-tape on both faces, after normal waste. So 36 rolls cover roughly 950 such cartons, and 72 rolls about 1,900. Below about 100 cartons a month, I would simply buy a set of 6 clear rolls.

Bulk 65 m rolls or long rolls? Long rolls mean fewer roll changes, but they need a dispenser that takes a much fatter roll. This pack needs nothing new. We worked through this exact choice in our case study of a small warehouse and long tape rolls. For a room sealing a few hundred cartons a month, I would honestly stop at the bulk pack, because the saving from long rolls is smaller than most people expect.

One honest limit. Clear tape on plain brown board shows dust and trapped air as silver patches, so press every strip down well. On kraft cartons, brown tape looks neater. Our guide on which clear tape to buy explains when clear is the right call.
