This policy applies to orders placed on packsmith.in, which is run by JPPL Innovation Private Limited ("PackSmith", "we").
You can ask for a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Items bought on sale or in clearance may not be returnable; we will say so on the product page.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the outer package. We will check it and offer a replacement or a refund. Please keep the packaging until your claim is settled.
You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched. Once an order has been handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse it at the doorstep or return it under this policy.
If you return an item because you changed your mind, you prepay the return shipping. If the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, we pay for the return shipping. Please contact us before sending anything back and we will share the return address.
When we receive and inspect a returned item, we will email you to say whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 15 days.
