Packing List Envelopes A4 to A7, Self-Adhesive

These are self-adhesive packing list envelopes in A4, A5, A6 and A7 sizes, plain or printed. You put the invoice or packing slip inside, peel the liner and stick the envelope on the carton, so the paperwork reaches the customer with the goods.

They are for online sellers, distributors and warehouses who are tired of customers asking for an invoice copy three weeks after delivery.

How to choose

Pick the size by how you fold the invoice, not by your printer paper. An A4 sheet folded once is A5 size. Folded twice, it is A6. For most D2C sellers with a one-page invoice, I would start with A6.

Plain does the job for most parcels. Printed envelopes help when a parcel passes through many hands, because printing makes the pouch harder to mistake for rubbish.

Before you jump to a bigger pack, check the per-piece price. It does not fall evenly with pack size on every variant.

One honest limit. No adhesive grips a dusty or flaky carton. If the board comes off on your finger, the envelope will come off with it, so wipe the spot or put a second invoice copy inside the box.

Where on the carton should I stick it?
