Key Features & Benefits
- Features strong full-surface adhesive backing for secure attachment: The full gumming adhesive ensures the envelope sticks firmly to boxes, parcels, or pallets, keeping shipping documents intact during transit.
- Durable and waterproof material protects documents from damage: Made from high-quality tear-resistant plastic, these pouches shield invoices, bills, and packing slips from dust, water, and rough handling.
- Easy to use peel-and-stick design saves time and ensures neat placement: Simply insert documents, peel the back, and stick onto any shipping surface—ideal for warehouse, courier, and e-commerce operations.
- Easy to Use: Simple peel-and-stick operation eliminates the need for extra tape, glue, or staples.
These are self-adhesive packing list envelopes in A4, A5, A6 and A7 sizes, plain or printed. You put the invoice or packing slip inside, peel the liner and stick the envelope on the carton, so the paperwork reaches the customer with the goods.
They are for online sellers, distributors and warehouses who are tired of customers asking for an invoice copy three weeks after delivery.
What you get
| Material | Polyethylene, self-adhesive back |
|---|---|
| Sizes | A4, A5, A6, A7 (each made for that paper size) |
| Finish | Plain or printed |
| Pack options | 100, 150, 200, 500 or 1000 envelopes |
Where it works best
- D2C orders with a one-page invoice, folded twice into an A6 envelope.
- B2B cartons where the buyer's accounts team wants a flat A4 invoice for GST input credit.
- Warehouse dispatches, where someone checks the paperwork against the goods before unloading.
- Short packing slips or order notes in the small A7 size.
How to choose
Pick the size by how you fold the invoice, not by your printer paper. An A4 sheet folded once is A5 size. Folded twice, it is A6. For most D2C sellers with a one-page invoice, I would start with A6.
Plain does the job for most parcels. Printed envelopes help when a parcel passes through many hands, because printing makes the pouch harder to mistake for rubbish.
Before you jump to a bigger pack, check the per-piece price. It does not fall evenly with pack size on every variant.
One honest limit. No adhesive grips a dusty or flaky carton. If the board comes off on your finger, the envelope will come off with it, so wipe the spot or put a second invoice copy inside the box.
We have made document wallets like these for export buyers in the UK and Australia for years. The problems are the same for a parcel going to Pune.
Questions buyers ask
Where on the carton should I stick it?
On the largest flat face, next to the shipping label, at least a thumb's width from every edge. Never across the tape seam, because the customer's knife goes there first. Our packing list envelopes guide has the full method.
Do I need these for courier bags?
Usually not. Our courier bags already have a POD jacket for the invoice.
Do you have a slimmer sleeve for a letter-folded invoice?
Yes. Our 9.5 x 4.5 inch delivery note bags are clear, printed and waterproof. Add your GSTIN in the cart for a GST invoice.
