These are self-adhesive delivery note bags, 9.5 x 4.5 inch, in packs of 500 or 1000. They are for sellers and distributors who send an invoice or delivery note with every carton, and want it stuck on the outside where nobody throws it away with the packing paper.
You slip the folded document in, peel the liner off the back and press the bag onto the carton. The courier and the customer can see the paperwork without opening anything.
What you get
| Size | 9.5 x 4.5 inch (about 241 x 114 mm) |
|---|---|
| Back | Self-adhesive, with a peel-off liner |
| Front | Printed, with a clear window |
| Pack options | 500 or 1000 bags |
In the listing photos, the front is printed in red with "Packing List - Invoice" and the same words in several European languages. If you need a plain bag, or a print in English only, please check with us before you order.
Where it works best
- An A4 invoice folded in three, the way you fold a letter. That is about 8.3 x 3.9 inches, so it slides in with room to spare.
- B2B cartons, where the buyer's store checks the delivery note against the goods.
- Distributors sending many cartons a day, where 1000 bags in one pack saves reordering.
How to choose
Fold your own invoice and test one bag before a big order. If your invoice is folded twice into a smaller square, an A6 packing list envelope may fit better. We sell those in plain and printed versions in our packing list envelopes collection.
I will add one honest limit. The bag keeps dust and handling marks off the paper, but no adhesive grips a dusty, damp or flaky carton. If the board comes off on your finger, the bag will come off with it. Wipe the spot, stick it on a flat face away from the edges, and keep it off the tape seam, because the customer's knife goes there first.
Questions buyers ask
Will it survive rain?
A plastic bag keeps paper cleaner than an invoice taped on loose. We do not promise it survives a soaking, and a bag that has peeled off protects nothing. For high-value orders, keep a second copy inside the box.
Where exactly should I stick it?
On the largest flat face, next to the shipping label but not under it. I have explained the full method in our packing list envelopes guide.
Can you print my brand name on them?
That is a bulk order. Write to us with your monthly volume and we will tell you what makes sense.
