This is brown BOPP packing tape on long rolls: 2 inch (48 mm) wide and 300 m long, two rolls to a pack. It is for packing tables that finish a 65 m roll before lunch and are tired of stopping to change it.
We make it in our plant in Jaipur. One 300 m roll holds as much tape as four and a half ordinary 65 m rolls, so this pack of 2 equals about nine short rolls.

Where it works best
- Ecommerce packing tables that seal 25 or more brown cartons a day.

How to choose
My simple rule is this. If your packer changes a 65 m roll more than once a day, move to 300 m. Below that, stay on 65 m rolls and save yourself the trouble.
Before you order, check your dispenser. This is the step everyone skips. A 300 m roll is much fatter across than a 65 m roll, and most hand dispensers built for short rolls will not hold it. Look up the largest roll diameter and the core size your dispenser takes, then send us the model and we will check our roll against it. You may need a heavier or a table-top dispenser.
Brown long rolls stop at 300 m. If you want 500 m rolls, they come only in clear. Our case study of a packing room moving to long rolls sets up a station on exactly this tape, with the roll maths and a reorder plan.
One honest limit. Two big rolls tie you to one width and one colour for a long time. In the monsoon, keep them on a shelf in their carton, away from damp walls.
Questions buyers ask
How many cartons will one roll seal?
A 30 x 20 x 15 cm carton with H-tape on the top and the bottom takes about 2.1 m. So one 300 m roll seals roughly 125 such cartons after normal waste. Our guide on how to tape a shipping carton gives the metres for other sizes.
Will I get a GST invoice?
