Free delivery across India on every PackSmith order

As of October 2026, delivery is free on every order you place at packsmith.in, anywhere in India. There is no minimum order value. One pack of courier bags ships free, and so does a box full of tape.

Why is delivery free even on a small order?

Most people who buy from PackSmith are not warehouses. They are online sellers, small brands, gifting businesses and cloud kitchens who order 1 to 50 packs at a time. For them, a delivery charge hurts most on the smallest order.

A Rs 199 pack with a shipping fee on top is a bad deal for the buyer, especially when the fee is a large fraction of the product price.

I would close the tab myself.

So we kept the rule simple. Delivery adds nothing to your order, whatever its size.

What does free delivery cover?

Every product in the store, at any order size, delivered to an address in India. Here are a few small orders and what you pay for delivery on each. These are store prices at the time of writing (October 2026), and prices can change.

This is why the offer matters to a small seller. You can buy one roll of paper tape, try it on your own cartons in your own packing area, and the whole experiment costs you Rs 299, not Rs 299 plus a courier charge.

What if an item arrives damaged, or I change my mind?

There are two cases, and they work differently.

If an item arrives damaged, or we send the wrong item, we replace it or refund it. PackSmith pays the shipping.
If you simply change your mind, you can return unused items within 15 days of delivery. In this case you pay the return shipping.

I will be plain about the second point.

Free delivery works one way. A change-of-mind return is the one place where the courier cost comes back to you.

So my advice is this. If you are not sure a material suits your product, do not order a full pack and plan to send it back. Try a sample first, then order the pack that fits.
