Direct Thermal Printing Technology
High-Quality Adhesive
Compact Size (2" x 1")
Pack of 2 Rolls (1000 Labels per Roll)
Smudge-Proof and Water-Resistant
These are small direct thermal labels, 2 x 1 inch (50.8 x 25.4 mm), with 1000 labels on each roll and 2 rolls in a pack. They are for sellers and shops who print their own SKU, barcode and stock stickers on a thermal label printer.
I want to be clear about one thing before you order. A 2 x 1 inch label is too small for a courier shipping label. For address and AWB labels, buy our direct thermal shipping label roll instead.
What you get
| Label size | 2 x 1 inch (50.8 x 25.4 mm) |
|---|---|
| Labels per roll | 1000 |
| Rolls per pack | 2, so 2000 labels |
| Type | Direct thermal, white, self-adhesive, one label across the roll |
| Core size | Not given on the listing. Ask us for your printer |
Where it works best
- SKU and barcode stickers on products, so a wrong-size pick or a swapped return is easy to catch.
- Labels on stock bins, shelves and inner boxes in a small godown.
- Batch or date stickers on stock that moves within a few months.
Will it fit my printer?
Direct thermal labels need a direct thermal printer. There is no ink or ribbon, because heat darkens the label itself. Check three things in your printer's manual before you order: the media width it takes, the core size, and the largest roll it can hold. A 2 inch wide label fits a 4 inch desktop printer, and many 2 inch models too. If you are unsure, send us your printer model and we will check it for you.
After loading a new roll, run the printer's calibration, so it finds the gap between labels. Skip this and the print drifts across two labels.
An honest limit
Direct thermal print fades with heat, strong sunlight, oily hands and sanitiser. That is fine for a stock sticker that lives a few months indoors. For a label that must stay readable for years, ask us about other label types. Keep spare rolls in their wrap, in a closed carton, away from windows.
Questions buyers ask
Can I print a courier label on this?
No. Courier panels in India commonly print 4 x 6 inch labels, and a barcode squeezed onto 2 x 1 inch will not scan well. The full size guide is in our thermal shipping labels guide.
Do you make these labels?
No, we sell them, along with the rest of our label range.
Thermal Paper Technology: Uses direct thermal paper for printing, eliminating the need for ink or toner, reducing long-term costs.
Dimensions: The labels are 2 inches wide by 1 inch long, an ideal size for shipping and small product labels.
Roll Core Size: Comes with a standard 1-inch core, making it compatible with most label dispensers and automatic label printers.
Durability: Smudge-proof and water-resistant, ensuring the labels remain clear and legible through handling and shipping.
Pack Quantity: Each pack contains 2 rolls, with 1000 labels per roll, offering 2000 labels in total, providing enough supply for high-volume operations.
